Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an active project at any time by writing to hello@waftureinfotech.in.

Before kick-off

Cancellations made before project kick-off are eligible for a full refund minus payment-gateway fees.

After kick-off

Once work has commenced, refunds are pro-rated based on completed milestones. Any work delivered up to the cancellation date will be billed.

Subscription services

Recurring services (maintenance, hosting, social media management) can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
