Refund Policy

We strive to deliver outstanding outcomes. If you are unsatisfied with our work, the following refund policy applies.

Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the project kick-off if no significant work has been delivered. Once design or development work begins, refunds are pro-rated based on completed milestones.

Non-refundable items

Domain registration, hosting, third-party licences, paid plugins, and completed milestones are non-refundable.

Email hello@waftureinfotech.in with your invoice details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
