All content, designs, and code remain the property of Wafture Infotech until full payment is received. Final deliverables are then transferred to the client per the engagement agreement.

Payments

We typically follow a milestone-based billing model with an upfront retainer. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
